
About Overwater Lodge Restaurant
Owned and run by husband and wife team Simon and Julie Hance since 1998,
we pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly welcome to fellow food
lovers.
Being a small restaurant, we can devote more time to our guests' needs and
as there are just the two of us, high standards are guaranteed. Mouthwatering
and innovative food goes hand in hand with a superb wine list, with complimentary
water and fudge being an extra touch to enhance the setting.
Everything on the menu is handcrafted using as much local produce as possible.
There is always a fillet steak and game dish depending on the season, and
main courses are served with varied and imaginative vegetables.
Vegetarians are well catered for and Julie creates meals that would tempt
even the most ardent meat eater.
The Overwater Restaurant is open during the day for light bites or full meals,
and of course is open in the evenings.
We welcome well-behaved older children who will dine from the menu.
